The care agency that provides this service (Senacare Ltd) has been invaluable during the current healthcare crisis. I can’t thank them enough for their dedication and effort.

Not only is Poonam & Senacare’s other esteemed carers providing an invaluable service, but they are also considered key-workers by the NHS. This means that even though my mother is simply too ill to visit the hospital alone, she still has someone qualified to accompany her and look after her. This is incredibly reassuring during these stressful and uncertain times.

The carer allocated to my mother, named Poonam, is always punctual, courteous and friendly, and has gone above and beyond to ensure my mother is comfortable and supported.
